The property has been occupied by a member of the Brixey family for at least 100 years, is near 160 acres, and has gross yearly sales of at least $1000. Barney and Priscilla Brixey were deeded the land October 2, 1890 and since that time a Brixey has lived on the land. The land is currently held by Robert Brixey, the great grandson of Barney and Priscilla. |
