| About the Farm | In 1901 E.E. Birch became the owner of 80 acres in Logan County and in 2002 the E.E. Birch farm was designated as an Oklahoma Centennial Farm. Earnest Emanuel Birch was born April 16, 1864 in Bath, Illinois and died in 1933 at age 70. Since 1901 the farm has grown in size and has seen several generations of Birches. The farm is now owned by Pearl Birch Jarred, a granddaughter of E.E. Birch. The original farm produced cotton, corn, Jersey milk cows, and mules. |
