| About the Farm | The Nimerick Farm in Pawnee County was designated an Oklahoma Centennial Farm in 2008. William Sapp, the brother of Elizabeth Sapp acquired the land during the 1893 Land Run. He later sold it to Elizabeth Sapp and her husband James William Nimerick who had traveled from Kansas to Pawnee in May of 1894. James and Elizabeth are the grandparents of the current owners, Elton and Kenneth Nimerick. |
