Mrs. Blackburn was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 1994 and served through 2006. She represented House District 88 and was a member of the Democratic Party. Mrs. Blackburn shares a few details regarding her decision to run for the legislature, about campaigning, promoting bills, and term limits.
