| Description | Paul Erdmann, the son of Mona Jean Russell Erdmann, was interviewed March 23, 2009 as part of the Women of the Oklahoma Legislature Oral History Project. Mrs. Russell was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 1944 and served through 1948. She was a democrat from Ottawa County. She married Pauls father in 1948. He shares memories of his mother, information about her youth and the family, and some stories about her life as a legislator. |
