Description
A conte crayon and ink sketch of Frank Eaton by C.L. Packer signed by Eaton and Packer. Text on the back reads ""This is thought to be the last sketch ever made from life of Frank B., ""Pistol Pete"" Eaton-Done at his Perkins home-Sunday, September 29, 1957. Frank signed his name and drew his brand on the drawing- remarking something about the crayon (conte' used to draw brand) --Being something he didn't know about. The sketch, (India ink and conte' crayon)--was made while Pistol Pete talked to my wife and showed her his .45 Colt."" Presumably written by C.L. Packer.
